Beauty Brand Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Beauty Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers and promoting our brand to maximize consumer awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers to achieve our business objectives.
- Ensure all point-of-sale materials are effectively displayed to maximize brand visibility.
- Activate seasonal promotional campaigns by securing retailer support.
- Work to agreed targets and KPIs to increase performance and achieve personal and team goals.
- Ability to adapt to change and react to short-term objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
- Attend national team meetings and local field accompaniments as necessary.
- Highly effective verbal communicator with a proven track record of building relationships and communicating at multiple levels.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives across different projects simultaneously.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Databases).
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills with an acute eye for detail.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Choice of car allowance, company car, or electric car scheme.
