About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at AF Selection. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our brand, working closely with our General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for growth across new product development, product design, in-store merchandising, product promotions, customer acquisition and retention, digital and printed content, and social media.
  • Develop a 12-month rolling brand calendar and work with external agencies to create and manage all marketing material, including POS, merchandising material, collateral for trade shows, and digital content.
  • Manage the marketing budget and be responsible for the brand's website and social media accounts.
  • Measure and report on new product launches and monitor monthly sales analysis and insights.
  • Visit suppliers and customers, and conduct market research to stay up-to-date with competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Brand Development Specialist.
  • Experience in managing new product development, websites, social media, and classic brand management programs.
  • Strong content generation and social media campaign management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
  • Keen to make a mark with a growing brand.

What's on Offer:

A competitive salary of £40-50,000 depending on experience, for a 36.5 hour week, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office. Some travel may be required, including to Glasgow 3-4 times per year.
