About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in providing specialist support to young people with diverse needs, including attachment and trauma histories, SEMH challenges, communication difficulties, and neurodiversity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive SALT assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention programmes.
  • Utilize outcome and evaluation tools to measure service effectiveness and report data to the Head of SEND.
  • Manage a caseload for individual intervention, providing specialist SALT input to young people and teams in educational settings.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Professional registration with the HCPC.
  • Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
