Visual Content & Graphic Design Responsibilities

· Provide essential support to the marketing division through various mediums including print, digital, and video (web, social media, lookbooks, packaging, etc.).

· Create and refine photographic and video content to enhance eCommerce, email marketing, retail, and social media initiatives.

· Design and manage visual content across all marketing channels, including websites, printed materials, storefront displays, brand packaging, and special projects.

· Prepare and design presentations and brand documents for both internal and external use.

· Collaborate with copywriters, the marketing manager, and the eCommerce manager to produce final design assets.

· Assist the Design & Production team with CAD drawings for product design and production.

Social Media Management

· Develop and oversee the social media strategy across all active platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest, ensuring effective content production and execution.

· Manage the social media content calendar, clearly communicating plans with all relevant stakeholders.

· Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for social media that aligns with overall marketing objectives.

· Identify and engage potential talents and influencers for upcoming campaigns and social collaborations.

· Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager on paid social campaigns to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or content production for luxury brands, particularly in menswear.

· Familiarity with current social media trends, technologies, and marketing opportunities, with the ability to implement them at a luxury level.

· Proficiency in image and video editing software within the Adobe Creative Suite.

· A natural inclination to generate and embrace creative and innovative ideas.

· A collaborative spirit and strong team player.

· A passion for style, menswear, design, and the Oliver Spencer brand.

· Proven track record in previous commercial roles of producing compelling and engaging content.
