We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Peninsula Care Homes Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including medication management and meal preparation
  • Update care plans and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
