Exciting Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor at Turner & Townsend

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure team based in London, supporting rail projects in the south east.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects ranging from £5m to £10m, ensuring accurate cost control and effective project delivery.
  • Work on post-contract heavy civils and stations projects, utilizing NEC contracts, especially Option C.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies, leveraging Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and optimize project costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree and MRICS qualified, with a strong understanding of construction industry practices and regulations.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
