We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and improving our existing product lines, addressing manufacturing challenges, and leading design efforts for new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance existing product designs to optimize manufacturing processes and assembly procedures.
  • Manage the lifecycle of products from development to maturity, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Spearhead design initiatives for projects and smaller programs, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide a team of design engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.
  • Maintain the highest standards of engineering quality and integrity throughout all design phases.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Actively participate in Design Reviews and manufacturing concern reviews, providing valuable insights and solutions.
  • Ensure the successful integration of design elements across various product components.
  • Adhere to best practice guidelines and documentation standards for all engineering activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly CATIA V5.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
