Platform Administrator

CleverHR is seeking a skilled Platform Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Platform team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage internal and external mailboxes, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  2. Provide support and answer queries via our platform helpline for external clients.
  3. Assist with transactional processing and technical queries.
  4. Keep clients informed of outstanding transactions and manage technical queries with our external platform provider.
  5. Process Third Party Letter of Authority requests within agreed service level agreements.
  6. Process platform accounts Exits and Death notifications, tracking and supporting closures within agreed service level agreements.
  7. Review platform accounts and data reports, identifying discrepancies and supporting necessary actions.
  8. Issue Quarterly/Tax Statements and transactional SIPP documentation to clients.
  9. Monitor and escalate platform client transfers following agreed procedures.
  10. Maintain data on our Back Office system in line with company processes.
  11. Provide online trading support for other company platforms for money movements and investing regular contributions.
  12. Cash Account monitoring and reporting.

About You:

  1. Experience in an administrative role within Financial Services.
  2. Experience of working in a small to medium sized financial services environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  4. Desire to deliver exceptional service at all times and a strong focused approach to achieving the best outcome for the client and the business.
  5. Ability to consistently deliver within service standards.
  6. Strong organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach to getting the job done.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
  8. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Proven ability to work on own initiative.
  10. Experience of working with Investment Wrap Platforms.
  11. Experience of monitoring and processing Platform cash levels and trading.
  12. Experience of using back-office and ticketing systems.
  13. Experience of working in an environment of significant change.
