  • Manage insolvency VAT compliance calendar, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Provide support to the Insolvency Delivery Team on VAT related matters
  • Prepare and review VAT returns for companies in administration or liquidation
  • Liaise with HMRC regarding VAT submissions and claims
  • Deliver VAT training to the IDT team
  • Stay updated on VAT legislation changes and escalate risk issues when necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement VAT compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide VAT expertise and support
  • Conduct VAT risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in VAT legislation and regulations

Requirements:
