Job Summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a highly skilled Import Logistics Executive to join our team. As an Import Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating the import logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Raise internal files and invoices, and pass supplier invoices for payment.
  • Monitor vessel arrivals and arrange collections to meet strict deadlines.
  • Utilize an in-house system to manage customer entries and perform administrative duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in export operations, preferably in both airfreight and sea freight.
  • Ability to complete export documentation, customer declarations, and certificates of origin as required.
  • Proficiency in CNS and Destin8 systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. If you have the required experience and skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
