Job Title: Pharmacist Band 7 - Clinical Wards Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to work with our client in Cumbria. As a key member of the clinical team, you will play a crucial role in covering general, medical, and surgical wards, and assisting dispensary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Supporting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Hospital experience is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
