We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for administering complex IT systems within our Data Centres, including Storage Area Network, Server Estate, VDI Infrastructure, Backup services, and Local and Wide Area Networking, including Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain complex IT systems, including Storage Area Network, Server Estate, VDI Infrastructure, Backup services, and Local and Wide Area Networking, including Security.
  • Hold various baseline accreditations in-line with the technologies employed by the group and be responsible for the uninterrupted operation of data centre systems.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in PowerShell and other relevant scripting languages.
  • At least one enterprise-level storage, server, or networking certification (Tier 1 Vendor, e.g., HPE, Cisco, Microsoft).
