Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at Fortune Financial Planning. As a Financial Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Mortgage & Insurance Advisers, as well as customer support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Mortgage & Insurance Advisers, including organizing and arranging customer enquiries and managing existing clients.
- Assist with general office work, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Work under FCA guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-the-job training and network compliant training to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Reliable and committed individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial services and regulations an advantage.
Working Hours:
10.00am - 3.00pm, 4 days a week (to be discussed).
Pay and Benefits:
From £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for progression within the company.
Work Environment:
In-person work, with a modern and dynamic work environment.
