About the Role

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow between our clients' systems and OnTheMarket platform. You will be responsible for establishing automated data connections, analyzing data quality, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with estate/letting agents and their software providers to set up automated data connections and ensure optimal data quality.
  • Work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to monitor the ticket management system and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Analyze incoming raw data from various sources, identify potential issues, and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and developers to implement solutions.
  • Provide prompt and clear resolutions to queries raised by clients, consumers using OnTheMarket, and colleagues, while managing expectations effectively.
  • Conduct proactive audits of client accounts on-site, identifying potential problems and recommending solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage your workload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Independently troubleshoot live service issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of solution functionality and database structures. Effectively communicate issue investigation, resolution steps, and provide support and knowledge transfer to colleagues and clients.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and new product rollouts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chrome, Gmail), Trello, Notepad++, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Support software.
  • Familiarity with major internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
  • Working knowledge of data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis, along with File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
  • Experience in supporting and diagnosing internet protocols.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Client-focused professional with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who excels in both team and independent settings, grasping concepts quickly and communicating clearly.
  • Strong decision-making abilities throughout the problem-solving process.
  • Exceptional internal and external communication and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and approachable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
