As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring our Warehouse Management System is up-to-date. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and report any stock discrepancies, taking appropriate action to correct and record the event.
  • Update the Warehouse Management System with correct information to correspond with our internet site.
  • Administer various management reports to ensure accurate stock levels and warehouse operations.
  • Deal with Goods In queries and Replenishment issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Investigate and report abandonment and ensure stock availability is maximized through Unitload investigation.
  • Conduct expiry stock checks to ensure stock is rotated and used before expiration.
  • Perform ad hoc departmental tasks as required.
About You

As a successful candidate, you will be a hard-working and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. You will be able to work using your own initiative and as part of a team in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. MS Office experience, particularly MS Excel, is preferred but not essential. You must be confident using a PC and email, and be physically able to carry out manual activities. What We Offer
