We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at KPI People. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12 months of experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade industry.
- A full UK driving license.
While not essential, we welcome applicants with:
- Franchised dealership experience.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle systems.
We offer a competitive package, including:
- A basic salary of £26,000.
- On-target earnings of £32,000.
- A great benefits package.
This role involves working:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm.
- Saturday mornings on a rotational basis.
