Platinum Personnel Solutions (UK) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our expanding team as Trainee GRP Trimmers/Finishers. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, our client is renowned for producing high-quality products and is committed to maintaining excellence in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the trimming and finishing of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Utilize various tools such as sanders, grinders, and buffers to achieve precise finishes.
- Work independently while also collaborating with supervisors to address daily operational needs.
- Pay close attention to detail, particularly in repairing defects to achieve flawless results.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a supportive setting.
- Good physical fitness to handle light lifting and moving tasks.
