About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors, including residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments to identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Provide expert fire safety advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement fire safety strategies, including fire management plans and emergency procedures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current legislation and fire safety standards, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  5. Collaborate with clients to identify solutions to fire safety-related problems and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. NEBOSH Fire Safety certification or equivalent.
  2. Experience in conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments and developing fire safety strategies.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Interest in career progression within the risk assessment industry.
