Ultimate Recruitment is seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator for our client's distribution center.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate reach trucks to load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
  • Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory within the Warehouse Management System.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items with precision according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily targets and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly, adhering to established protocols.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Reach Truck license.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and punctuality.
  • Exhibit the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues.

Working Hours:

  • Rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

  • PAYE: £12.12 regular rate, £18.18 overtime rate
  • UMBRELLA: £14.85 regular rate, £21.57 overtime rate
