Job Title: Senior Project Professional - Delivery

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of both internal and external projects.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide monthly updates on project progress and schedule deviations, utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project management tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement effective risk mitigations.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to manage procurement processes and expenditures.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a project management environment.
  • Expertise in project reporting and analysis.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and management.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 or other project planning software.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., APMQ or Prince2).
