About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our client's engineering workshop in Bridgend. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC millers and lathes to produce high-quality machined fabrications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC millers and lathes to produce machined fabrications
  • Work with metals, composite materials, and plastics to produce parts for internal manufacturing and assembly
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure work meets technical standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant experience as a CNC Machinist
  • Time-served in a production workshop environment
  • Experience with Siemens Shopmill / Shopturn is desirable
  • Ability to read from engineering drawings
