Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work alongside our Consultants, Radiographers, and Cardiac Physiologists to provide an excellent service to our patients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication and leadership skills, with a flexible, enthusiastic, organized, and professional approach.
Main Responsibilities- Work alongside our Consultants, Radiographers, and Cardiac Physiologists to provide an excellent service to our patients and stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality Nuclear Medicine Imaging services, including pharmacological stress procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Person Specification- Professional/clinical qualification plus relevant experience equivalent to a master's degree.
- Current State Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Possess (or agree to undertake) a Specialist Diploma or other postgraduate qualification relevant to the post.
- Previous Nuclear Medicine Imaging experience.
- Previous Nuclear Cardiology Imaging experience.
- Experience in pharmacological stress procedures.
- Intravenous cannulation skills.
- NHS experience or equivalent in an established Nuclear Medicine Unit.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to support equality and value diversity in the workplace.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
