We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our Trades team at GreenSquare Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining properties to high standards by efficiently carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys, and measurements in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain properties to high standards through efficient repairs, improvements, surveys, and measurements
  • Deliver excellent customer service to achieve objectives and behavior competences
  • Work in various trades, including Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting/Decorating, and more
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage work effectively using electronic devices

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance, Multi Trade repair, or equivalent trade experience. Previous experience in the social housing sector is advantageous. A Full UK Driver's License is essential for travel.
