We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Finance team at Nigel Wright Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management, including HMRC returns, expenses policies, and P11d submissions.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of three staff members to ensure efficient and effective financial processing.
- Core Transactions: Oversee all transactional elements of the accounts, including purchase and sales ledger processing, and ensure accurate and timely reconciliations.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including daily bank reconciliations, fixed assets register, and customer deposits register.
- Annual Audit: Assist with the annual audit process, preparing schedules and supporting documentation as required.
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Competitive salary of £35,000.
- Up to 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
