About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic Support Assistant at Leonard Cheshire. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Use appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with COSHH guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and tidy, and that our residents' living spaces are comfortable and welcoming.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care home team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
