Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the returns department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of returns.
  • Operate a Counterbalance Truck to move stock around the warehouse and outside, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Load and unload goods as required, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including movement of pallets/wood/cardboard, as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid external accredited Counterbalance Licence.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Reliability and self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Good spatial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience:

  • Two or more years' experience operating Counterbalance Trucks, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Training and Development:

  • Full training provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
