Role Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Executing effective maintenance tasks, both repair and preventative, to uphold exceptional brand standards and pristine guest facilities.
  • Demonstrating strong health and safety awareness, particularly regarding hazardous materials, working at heights, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance and Engineering Department to:
  • Address daily maintenance requests as directed by the Property Coordinator or Facilities Manager.
  • Conduct regular testing and maintenance of hotel machinery and equipment.
  • Perform structured Pre-Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to a high standard.
  • Address any necessary remedial or reactive maintenance tasks within our properties.
  • Maintain all electrical systems and conduct quarterly RCD (Residual Circuit Device) tests.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.

On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist.
