About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure prompt payment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
  • Resolve account discrepancies and invoice disputes
  • Liaise with the sales team to manage credit exposure
  • Conduct credit checks on new customers
  • Prepare monthly credit control reports for management
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of credit control strategies
  • Comply with all financial policies and regulations

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and regulations
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy
