Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at ICU Medical. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system
* Provide administrative support for HR processes, including hiring, separations, and transfers
* Assist in the coordination of large-scale organizational changes
* Provide first-line support for low-level ER cases
* Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience working in Human Resources
* Strong understanding of Outlook and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
* CIPD qualification or Employment Law knowledge preferred
