Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Customer Services Advisor on a temporary 3-4 months contract with potential for permanent after this period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to tenants.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from tenants with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding tenancy agreements, rent payments, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist tenants with housing applications, eligibility criteria, and allocation processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within an inbound call-centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize and provide clear information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and retrieval.
