Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries and ensure they are stored in the right areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Assist chefs with food preparation, such as peeling and washing.
- Keep freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
