Salary up to £45k DOE | Expanding Environmental Consultancy

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience, is looking for a Planning Specialist to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the execution of environmentally-focused development initiatives, including audits and environmental impact assessments.
• Manage projects, prepare, and submit planning applications (and appeals) along with necessary environmental documentation.
• Draft and submit responses to new legislation and regulations on behalf of clients.
• Oversee project management of subcontractors and specialized consultants.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• BSc/MSc in Town Planning, Environmental Science, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a consultancy, regulatory body, or contracting environment.
• Proven track record in leading and delivering successful environmental development projects.
• Strong understanding of conducting desk studies and performing site-based assessments.
