We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team at CV Library. As a Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for authorising work in accordance with manufacturers servicing schedules and industry recognised times, while paying attention to vehicle histories, contract type, contract duration, warranty position and within client specific authority levels.

3. Work with a team of experienced technicians to ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards

1. Experience working in a workshop environment or similar workplace
2. Excellent communication skills as direct interaction with customers, colleagues and suppliers will play a major part within this role
3. Good computer skills and keyboard accuracy, experience in Microsoft Office products
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. An ability to work to deadlines under pressurised conditions
7. A proactive approach to achieve targets, both personal and company

1. A working knowledge of Epyx 1link or alternative work authorisation platforms
2. Knowledge of the rental, contract hire and fleet management sector
3. Electric Vehicle experience

1. Hybrid Working 2 days per week (following competency review)
