About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Storage Team Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize work and ensure internal procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Have daily contact with Operation, Transport and Storage teams
  • Ensure a high level of integrity and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Motivated and eager to learn and develop their skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Confident with great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Process driven and able to understand and implement SOPs and company guidelines
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Experience in warehouse environments (desirable)
  • Ability to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
  • Verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
