Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to the development of risk assessments and care plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centred care, prioritizing the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, including RMN/RNLD
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
