Konecranes, a global leader in the industry, is seeking an electrically qualified Service Technician to join our team in Lancashire. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electric overhead travelling cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve repair and safety issues
  • Document all work electronically, ensuring accurate records

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent in electrical engineering
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with industrial equipment
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to a safe working environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a personable approach
  • Flexibility to work extra hours and participate in an On-Call Rota
