Job Summary

The HOP Executive will provide full spectrum of administrative functions, including HOP menu settings, pricing review, invoice management, and manual maintenance. This role requires attention to detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in an administrative role and fluency in Cantonese and English (written and oral).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HOP team, including HOP menu settings, pricing review, invoice management, and manual maintenance
  • Sort and organise contracts and relevant documents
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Maintain customer-facing app tidiness
  • Assist the rest of the HOP team with any ad-hoc administration tasks as required
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and oral)
  • Basic Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and importrange
  • Attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Self-driven, with good self-management and a can-do attitude
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
