Contract Type:
Fixed-term contract, Part-time (22 hours per week).

Work Arrangement:
Remote position, fully home-based.


This role is essential for Medigold Health in achieving its strategic goals by assisting the Sales Team in securing significant new business opportunities and managing existing client proposals.

You will report directly to the Head of Bids and collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Bid Team Coordinator, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to effectively coordinate, draft, and submit proposals.


This is a temporary position designed to provide coverage during a team member's maternity leave.

This role is entirely remote, and the successful candidate will receive all necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in bid or proposal writing within a corporate environment.
- Proficient in MS Word and skilled in the use of MS Office applications.
- Adaptable and dedicated to meeting both client and internal deadlines.
- Excellent command of Business English in writing.
- Strong internal networking abilities.
- Creative and articulate in both written communication and ideas.
