We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, providing care and support to a lady with advanced multiple sclerosis in her family home.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role, working 15 hours a week, with the possibility of more hours becoming available in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with her daily needs, including managing her oxygen levels and encouraging her to engage in activities such as games, reading, and listening to music.
  • Build a strong rapport with our client and her family, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest quality of care and support.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £13.50, depending on experience.
