We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement imaginative and engaging activities programmes that cater to every interest and ability
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
- Drive a minibus to transport residents to local activities and events
We are looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities and events.
