Overview: A prominent client in the health sector is seeking a skilled Occupational Health professional to enhance their dedicated and expanding workforce.
Position: This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week, operating Monday through Friday, with standard hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation: The salary for this position can reach up to £48,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Occupational Health Service.
- Conduct Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry, and Fitness for Work evaluations.
- Deliver health education and promotional activities to clients.
- Manage cases through phone or in-person consultations, providing high-quality management advice reports.
- Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Assist the Occupational Health Manager in evaluating and monitoring the clinical practices of the team.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and managers regarding workplace health support and information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse with NMC.
- Occupational Health Degree or Diploma is preferred.
- Proven experience in Occupational Health is essential.
