ARM is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Labour Cost Team Leader to join our global client, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll records and documentation.

The Role:

  1. Verify and process labour invoices, timesheets, and expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Ensure all payroll changes are properly authorised and documented prior to processing.
  3. Coordinate the salary review process to ensure fairness and equity.
  4. Provide regular cost reports on a quarterly basis to inform business decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain management reports on labour costs to support strategic planning.
  6. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for statutory bodies and returns.
  7. Ensure timely payment orders for all payrolls.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience and qualification as a payroll manager.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  4. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
