Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory law, with a passion for representing companies in investigations and prosecutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our lead Partner in the regulatory team to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Review and analyze prosecution evidence to identify key issues and develop effective defense strategies.
  • Critically analyze and summarize client evidence to support their case.
  • Liaise with key bodies such as the Coroner's Office, CQC, HSE, Police, and other regulators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Attend interviews under caution and conferences with Counsel to represent clients effectively.
  • Assist in trials and inquests to provide expert testimony and support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in HSE or motor crime legal cases.
  • Demonstrated interest in regulatory law and a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Completed at least one training contract seat in regulatory work (for NQs).
  • Strong critical analysis and client communication skills.
