Shift Pattern:
4 nights on, 4 nights off

Working Hours:
19:00 – 07:00

Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest hygiene standards within our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Hygiene Team to uphold exemplary cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Executing tasks as directed by the Hygiene Team Leader.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment in line with established cleaning schedules.
  • Ensuring all equipment and facilities meet the hygiene standards set by the company and clients.
  • Utilizing all cleaning equipment as per the specified procedures outlined in the hygiene cleaning protocols.
  • Employing chemicals according to safety guidelines to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize waste.
  • Adhering to the company's Health & Safety policies, ensuring safe working practices for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Embracing new challenges and improvements to elevate hygiene performance and business standards.
  • Completing any additional tasks as reasonably required.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A basic understanding of English literacy and numeracy.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • The ability to follow stringent quality and hygiene standards.
  • Comfort in working in a chilled environment (uniform provided) and standing for extended periods.
