Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver strategic plans and objectives
  • Monitor and improve production Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet site Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the engineering environment
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support capital engineering projects
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in a maintenance or production role
  • Educated to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with a preference for experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Predictive Maintenance (PPM), and Continuous Improvement
