The Role

We're seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our Pub & Grill team in Hull. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience, including taking orders, serving food and drink, and handling customer queries.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety procedures, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including our menu offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
