We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd, a leading company in the industry.

As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing all stock activity, including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in. You will also coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

What do we offer?

  • Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days
  • An annual bonus scheme and a separate profit share scheme
