We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd, a leading company in the industry.
As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing all stock activity, including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in. You will also coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
What do we offer?
- Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
- 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days
- An annual bonus scheme and a separate profit share scheme
- Employer pension contribution of 12% of pensionable pay
