Care Practitioner (Days) - Oak Springs Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Practitioner to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home, a luxury purpose-built residential facility in Wavertree.

About the Role
  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Enable residents to pursue hobbies and activities that cater to their unique interests and abilities
  • Maintain the highest standards within the care environment
  • Collaborate with a flexible team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met
