About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 Consultant to join our team at Proactive Personnel Ltd. As a 360 Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing them with a range of services to support their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for roles and provide feedback to clients.
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates for a range of roles, including HGV/LGV and Van drivers.
- Manage client accounts and provide regular updates on the status of recruitment campaigns.
- Carry out all necessary transport compliance tasks, including WTD and Licence Checks.
- Stay up-to-date with current transport legislation and ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and recruitment, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of current transport legislation and compliance requirements.
- Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive.
