Work Location: (Remote)

Job Role:

  • Delivering Excellence: Complete multi-drop home deliveries into customers' homes with precision and care.

  • Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a 2-person crew, either alongside an experienced driver's mate or another driver.

  • Product Specialist: Deliver a range of bulky household goods, including white goods, furniture, and electricals, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Delivery Expertise: Complete between 15-25 deliveries per shift, ensuring timely and efficient service.

  • Customer Champion: Provide exceptional customer service, being friendly when delivering, calling ahead to customers, and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Driving Credentials: Hold a valid C1 driving license entitlement (7.5t) and a CPC & Digi Tacho card.

  • Safe Driving Record: Have no more than 6 penalty points and no DD/IN driving offenses.

  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit, with lifting aids provided and manual handling training offered, but requiring the ability to lift heavy goods up flights of stairs and into customers' homes.

  • Personality Fit: Possess a friendly, polite nature, as you will be the face of the business.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: £14.62 per hour

Overtime Rate: £21.75 per hour after 45 hours
